Tablet/Capsule Counting and Filling Production Line : Speed up to 120 Bottles per Minute

1. 1. Our Tablet / Capsule Counting & Filling machine is Suitable for counting & filling, many sizes and shapes of Capsules, Tablets, Soft-gel Capsules chewing gum , round Tablets and other solid materials without parts change over. The machine is suitable depending on No. of tablet / capsule count per bottle, so with single filling nozzle & 8 channels or with single filling nozzle & 12 channels.
2. 2. 3-stagevibratory devise in the Tablet counting machine , ensures accurate Tablet/ Capsule counting ,stable vibrating and low noise .It ensures sufficient product to product distance, which can better separate Tablets / Capsules and avoid overlapping of the same.
3. 3. The photoelectric counting device; ensures the counting accuracy of the Tablets / Capsules to 99.99%. In the modular photoelectric counting device, it has a special design for the heavy dust problem from the product(especially from the tablet).The dust collection device has dynamic compensation function of infrared light source, the photo sensor will compensate the infrared light automatically according to the dust accumulation status till dust blocking alarm for cleaning. Also it has high pressure dust removal function inside of this device, user can set the dust removal time and interval time to ensure the continuous production.
4. 4. It equips sensors to ensure the Tablet / Capsule Counting machine to be paused automatically; when there is no bottle or bottle jam.

It is having large cap storage hopper reduces human loading efforts and also increases the work efficiency. Equipped with, an automatic rejection/ detection system for loose capping and crooked capping.
   • d. Alu Foil Induction sealing machine ( water Cooled), has unique structure of tunnel-type electromagnetic induction and electrical modular control structure , makes the machine more stable and ensures higher sealing performance. Adopts automatic detecting and rejection device for no- ALU foil to ensures the qualified rate. The cap with no foil will be rejected automatically.
   • e. Self Adhesive Labelling Machine Adopts servo technology to ensure accurate labelling position and stable operation, The automatic detection and protection system ensures non-conveying of labels when there is no bottle, no label ,no colour ribbon , or bottle jam , or bottle overturning
